Each lesson begins with simple movements, which gradually increase in complexity, all organized around a function such as hip opening, movement of the shoulder girdle, or organizing head and neck. You'll discover greater pleasure in moving. ATM is an excellent complement to yoga and other movement modalities.

Angela Alston, GCFP, MFA helps formerly active people with sedentary jobs re-discover movement ease. Her work is based on biomechanics, neuroplasticity, and her lifelong love of movement. She has studied a variety of movement forms, including yoga and dance, and is an award-winning maker of dance films. Angela has an MFA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BA in philosophy and biology from Swarthmore College.
