This is a Partner Yoga Playshop where we explore integral questions for what it means to share our practice with an Other. When we work to stay open, and connect from a grounded and centered practice, guided by breath, awareness, and keen attention, meticulous attention, the results are remarkable. Come and learn about the foundations for building a shared practice, and learn to expand and deepen your yoga roots.
Working individually, in pairs, and in pods, we will explore:

* What Does Support Look Like?
* What's the Balance of Resistance and Surrender?
* How to Make Contact, How to Break Contact ...
* Grounding & Centering
* Communication Through Touch
This 3.0 hour workshop will be in two sections:

Flow ~ Entering the Stream ~ Staying Awake in Transitions (Part B, 4:45-5:45pm)

Using key actions to activate the core, elevate the mind, and free the breath. Breath. Awareness. Intention in an 8-Limb practice. Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, and partner practices to expand awareness and gather presence.
